Can an easement be used to connect to municipal services? Why do some people find our city site inappropriate? Why are some civic standards/conditions poorly enforced/sanitized?… Or are we hiding them in our application documents? Do you i thought about this or disagree with what constitutes a proposed easement? What is the legal standard to use? I am not a lawyer but I am passionate about truth.
